I am attaching a letter from my physician that officially
requires SDG&E to remove the SmartMeter(s) from my home, on
the basis of the Americans With Disabilities Act, due to the
exacerbation of my existing disability.
I formally demand that the SmartMeter(s) be removed from my
home based on the above (ADA) and as I am ill in frightening
and dangerous ways, now, following the installation of the
SmartMeters on my home. I am particularly susceptible due to
my health/disabling condition. I also do not ever want
meters inside my home.
Susan Brinchman
Dear SDG&E:
Susan Brinchman is one of my disabled patients that has
electromagnetic sensitivity and other environmental
sensitivities. The wi-fi frequency generated by the Smart
Meter on her SDGE, has escalated her symptoms and is causing
fatigue, insomnia and cognitive dysfunction. I am hereby
requiring that the unit be removed from her home as soon as
physically possible. This is covered under the American
Disability Act of 1990 under the invisible disabilities
section.
I have enclosed an article explaining some of the damaging
effects.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
